＊今日（きょう）から　水都（すいと）まつりが　始（はじ）まります！

今日（きょう）（8月（がつ）1日（にち））から　8月（がつ）3日（にち）まで、大垣駅（おおがきえき）の　近（ちか）くで　「水都（すいと）まつり」が　開（ひら）かれます。 

時間（じかん）は　主（おも）に　夜（よる）の　6時（じ）から　9時（じ）までです。

主（おも）な　イベントを　お知（し）らせします：

・アソビバ ホンマチ

・駅前（えきまえ）夏（なつ）まつり

・郭町東（くるわまちひがし）2丁目（ちょうめ）の　夏（なつ）まつり

・大垣（おおがき）おどり大会（たいかい）

・水門川（すいもんがわ）万灯（まんとう）流（なが）し（8月（がつ）2日（にち）のみ）

・あんどん（ちょうちん）の飾（かざ）り付（つ）け

【今日（きょう）だけの　特別企画（とくべつきかく）】

大垣（おおがき）おどり大会（たいかい）で、オロナミンC音頭（おんど）に　参加（さんか）すると、オロナミンCが　もらえます！

みんなで　楽（たの）しく　踊（おど）りましょう！

※車（くるま）で来（く）る人（ひと）へ：

 まつりの間（あいだ）は　車（くるま）の　通行制限（つうこうせいげん）が　あります。

ご注意（ちゅうい）ください。

大垣市（おおがきし）では 外国人市民（がいこくじんしみん）のために、 ゴミ出（だ）し、子育（こそだ）て などの 生活（せいかつ）に 役（やく）に立（た）つ 情報（じょうほう）を のせた 「外国人市民（がいこくじんしみん）の ための くらしの ガイドブック」を、ポルトガル語（ご）、中国語（ちゅうごくご）、英語（えいご）、「やさしい日本語（にほんご）」で 作（つく）っています。

ここでは、その一部（いちぶ）を 紹介（しょうかい）します。

【15】犬(いぬ)を かうときの きまり

(1)犬(いぬ)を かうときは、市(し)に とどけでが 必要(ひつよう) です。

(2)狂犬病(きょうけんびょう)に ならないように、犬(いぬ)に 注射(ちゅうしゃ)を

うちます。

(3)犬(いぬ)を かうときは、きまりを 守(まも)りましょう。

■犬(いぬ)を かうときの ルール

〇犬(いぬ)を かうとき

・うまれてから 91日(にち)以上(いじょう)の 犬(いぬ)は、市(し)に かならず とどけでます。

・市(し)役所(やくしょ) 環境(かんきょう)衛生課(えいせいか)に とどけでます。

・犬(いぬ)を 市(し)に とどけでるとき 3,000円(えん) かかります。

・犬(いぬ)が 死(し)んだときや、人(ひと)に あげたときも、環境(かんきょう)衛生課(えいせいか)に とどけでます。

〇狂犬病(きょうけんびょう)を ふせぐ 注射(ちゅうしゃ)

・狂犬病(きょうけんびょう)は 犬(いぬ)だけでなく 人(ひと)や ねこにも うつります。

・狂犬病(きょうけんびょう)に かかると かならず 死(し)にます。

・毎年(まいとし) 1回(かい)、狂犬病(きょうけんびょう)を ふせぐ 注射(ちゅうしゃ)を 犬(いぬ)に します。

〇まもりましょう

・犬(いぬ)を さんぽする ときは、犬(いぬ)の ふんを、ビニールふくろなどに 入(い)れて 持(も)ちかえります。

・家(いえ)の そとで 犬(いぬ)を かうときは、犬(いぬ)に リードを つけます。

〇わからないときに相談(そうだん)する ところ

＊SUITO MATSURI, a summer festival in Ogaki will start today!

From today (1 August) to 3 August, the Suito Festival will be held on  Ogaki Station street and the area around Kuruwa-machi. 

The festival will be held mainly from 6︰00 p.m. to 9︰00 p.m.

Here are the main events:

・ASOBIBA HONMACHI (playground for children)

・Ekimae Summer Festival

・Kurumachi Higashi 2-chome Summer Festival

・Oogaki Dance Festival (Japanese traditional bon dance) 

・Suimon River Mantou Nagashi (lantern floating) (August 2 only)

・Andon (lantern) decorations

【Today's special event】

Participate in the Oronamin C Ondo at the Ogaki Odori Festival and receive a free bottle of Oronamin C! Let's all dance together and have fun!

 Note that there will be traffic restrictions during the festival.

Ogaki City has prepared a "Living Guidebook for Foreign Residents" in Portuguese, Chinese, English, and "plain Japanese" for foreign residents, which contains useful information for daily life such as garbage disposal and child-rearing.

【15】Rules to Keep a Pet Dog

(1)Owners of dogs must get their pet dogs vaccinated against rabies. 

(2) Keep manners when you keep a pet dog.

■Rules to keep a pet dog

〇Registering your pet dog

・Dogs over 91 days old must be registered as domesticated dogs.

・Registration can be done at Environmental Health Division, KANKYO-EISEI-KA at city hall. or at a veterinary clinic. (Some hospitals do not offer registration procedures.) 

・A pet dog registration is required one time in its life time and registration fee per one dog is 3,000 yen.

・When the owner of the registered dog changes or the dog  has died, report to the Environmental Health Division. 

〇Anti-rabies injection

・Rabies infect not only dogs but also  cats and persons with death rate of nearly 100%.

・Giving an anti-rabies serum injection to your pet dog, one time a year is required.

〇Manners

・When you walk a dog, bring a vinyl bag or other thing to collect the dog’s feces.

・Never let your pet dog run loose except for the inside of your house or a fenced garden.

【15】养狗的规则

(1)养狗时需要登记，要打狂犬病预防针。

(2)养狗时还要注意遵守规则。

■养狗时的规则

〇狗的登记

・出生91天以上的狗必须登记

・登记去市政府环境卫生科

・狗在市里登记，登记费1头3000日元

・狗死亡或送人时需要去环境卫生科申报

〇狂犬病预防针

・狂犬病不仅会传染给狗也会传染给人和猫，死亡率100%

・为了预防狂犬病，请每年都给狗打1次预防针

〇规则

・带狗散步时请务必带好朔料袋等以便收拾狗的粪便带回家

・在家的外面养狗时，把狗拴住。
