Alem do auxilio financeiro (cupom) oferecido para exame de saude pos-natal, sera oferecido mais um auxilio para exame de saude da mae, passados 2 semanas apos o parto.

Pessoas sujeitas:

Maes que deram a luz apos 1 de abril de 2024, com endereco registrado na cidade de Ogaki no dia do exame de saude. 

Conteudo:

Consulta medica, medicao de peso e pressao, exame de urina, etc.;

Valor do auxilio:

Ate 5,000 yens por cada consulta em forma de cupom.

Forma de recebimento:

Apresentar o cupom de consulta (Jushin-ken) no hospital.
